The management and employees support the coordination and cooperation of all workers concerning safety on the job site.

The management mandates all employees to participate in the program and provides proper equipment, training and procedures. Employees are responsible for following all procedures, working safely, and, wherever possible, improving safety measures; not to mention the regulations and their right to refuse unsafe work.
